OCCUPANT is a screenplay. It's an intelligent, sci-fi-tinged thriller about experimental brain research gone very wrong. Who wouldn't want to see that movie? I've got this one posted at Trigger Street. Out of about 2000 scripts there, the rating for this one consistently hovers at around #90.

This screenplay is for sale. I wouldn't mind directing it myself, but then again I bet someone like David Cronenberg would do a great job with this one.
